PASTE COLORS FOR HTV (in rubber)
Are Thermal stability Pigments, R h o s – free incorporated into solid silicone rubber
Characteristics:
- Excellent dispersion, consistent color, and a suitable viscosity
- Unchangeable properties – if respected the recommended quantity (max: 1,5%)
- Consistency to be easily handled and incorporated into the compound
- Thermal stability also to high temperature and UV-ray
- Compatible with DCup, DHBP, 2,4 DCLBP, PT etc… (except for the Black Ral 9005 and conductive Black not recommended to be used with DCLBP)
- Mixable between each other to obtain many different colors
- Big range of colors in accordance with the different food status info ( FDA – BgVv- NSF etc…)
COLORS FOR LIQUID RUBBERS LSR
Are Thermal stability pigments incorporated into low viscosity silicone polymers
Characteristics:
- Excellent dispersion, consistent color, and a suitable viscosity
- Easy to handle and to be pumped
- Excellent pigment dispersion and fast incorporation time
- Thermal stability also to high temperature and UV ray
- Unchangeable properties – if respected the recommended quantity (max: 3-4%)
- Good for LSR and RTV 2
